Phase 1: Installation of Bakor WP200 waterproofing membrane, insulation and protection board to the exterior below grade foundation walls.

Phase 2: Installation of Bakor hot applied waterproofing and insulation to the parkade roof deck structure. (June/July 2008)

Phase 3: Installation of BASF HLM 5000 Waterproofing membrane and HI-Load Insulation to the interior parkade ramp and shipping/receiving deck surfaces. (July 2008)
